Irene Berry-Fails was born in Alabama on April 04, 1906, she was welcomed into the pearly gates on August 9, 2007. An angel in a robe of white came to her as she slept that night. She smiled and whispered in her ear,It’s time for you to come home, my dear. Though time was short since you were born,you’ve earned your crown without the thorns. Your Father God knows the sweetness of your soul. Your spirit and heart are pure and whole. She asked if she could say goodbye,to her children and family who were nearby. The angel smiled, and said with a nod,I’m sure that will be ok with God. We are sure Mama felt our kisses goodbye, and the tears that fell from our welled up eyes. Hovering above us in a veil of white, she said lean on your trust and faith in God, though I must go. Just like me, He loves you so. He will comfort, and hold your hand, and help you so you’ll understand. And when your heavenly call comes too, with outstretched arms I’ll come to greet you. Mama, you are much loved and will always be remembered by all your family and friends.
